The show will air live June 3 from the Gibson Amphitheatre in Los Angeles.

Children Affected by AIDS Foundation Night of Comedy V

The Children Affected by AIDS Foundation (CAAF) presents A Night of Comedy V at 8 pm on Saturday, April 14th at the Wilshire Theatre Beverly Hills. Hosted by Doris Roberts and starring Ray Romano, this annual fundraising event will have guests rolling with laughter from performances by Romano, George Lopez, Sarah Silverman, Kevin James, Bryan Callen and more comedians to be announced.

Last year’s event featured performances by Romano, Kathy Griffin, Garry Shandling, Kevin James and Brian Reagon and raised more than $200,000 for direct services to children affected by HIV and AIDS. CAAF is the sole organization in the United States that addresses the daily needs of children infected with or affected by HIV/AIDS.

NBC has ordered up another documentary on the history of “Saturday Night Live,” this time focusing on the show's up-and-down ride through the 1990s.

“Saturday Night Live in the '90s: Pop Culture Nation” is the third in a series of films about the late-night institution by director-producer Kenneth Bowser. The previous two, focusing on the show's early years and the tribulations of the 1980s, aired in 2005.

As with the past two docs, “Pop Culture Nation” will be filled with interviews from cast members and writers, including Chris Rock, Mike Myers, Tina Fey and Will Ferrell. It will also feature two little-used players who have since gone on to much wider fame: Sarah Silverman and David Koechner.

“Saturday Night Live in the '90s” is scheduled to air May 6 on NBC.

Sarah comments about hosting again saying "I'm pretty sure I'm going to be amazing."

Here is the latest info about The Sarah Silverman Programme which was previously scheduled for this summer on Comedy Central:

THE SARAH SILVERMAN PROGRAM (Comedy Central) - Writer/producer Dan Sterling ("King of the Hill") has come aboard the freshman comedy as an executive producer. He'll take over for co-creator/executive producer Dan Harmon, who has left the project over creative reasons. Sterling then will serve along with Silverman and Rob Schrab. Originally set for an August bow, the series has been bumped to a fourth quarter or even an early 2007 start. (Futon Critic)

Comedy Central said Monday it has ordered six episodes of a half-hour series starring Sarah Silverman. The show, tentatively titled "The Sarah Silverman Program," is set to premiere in the summer.

Based on an idea by Silverman, Dan Harmon and Rob Schrab, the series stars Silverman as a character -- also named Sarah Silverman -- whose absurd daily life will be told through an array of scripted comedic scenes and songs.
